Webbing, Lining and Trims
A bag is not defined by its outer fabric alone. Webbing, lining, foam, zippers, pullers, buckles, hook-and-loop tape and reinforcement materials determine daily handling and long-term reliability.
- Webbing width selected around load and appearance
- Lining chosen for abrasion and cleaning needs
- Hardware finish matched to the brand direction
- Samples retained as production references

Project Records with Measurable Results
United Kingdom Beauty Subscription Pouch — 10,000 Pieces
Use Scenario: Quarterly beauty subscription boxes
Product: Reusable cosmetic pouch
Bulk Quantity: 10,000 pieces
Sample Time: Approximately 7 working days
Sample Revisions: 1 round
Bulk Lead Time: Approximately 35 days
A beauty subscription company needed a branded cosmetic pouch for quarterly product boxes. The pouch cost had to remain controlled, yet the existing clear polybag created an ordinary opening experience and weakened the visual value of the gift.
Lovrix retained the simple pouch construction and concentrated the budget on elements visible during opening and continued use. The selected direction used PU leather or polyester fabric, standard lining, a nylon zipper and a woven brand label. The original plain transparent bag was replaced by a frosted PE bag, branded sealing sticker and small thank-you card.
One sample revision adjusted sticker dimensions and card copy. Bulk quality checks covered woven-label position, packing-first-article approval, sticker placement, unit quantities and carton packing.
The 10,000-piece order was completed in approximately 35 days. The brand reported a stronger unboxing presentation while keeping packaging cost controlled. Quarterly repeat orders continued, with a new color introduced for each cycle.
European Outdoor Bike Pouch — 2,000 Pieces
Region: Continental Europe
Use Scenario: Cycling and outdoor accessory retail
Product: Water-resistant bike pouch
Bulk Quantity: 2,000 pieces
Sample Time: Approximately 9 working days
Sample Revisions: 2 rounds
Bulk Lead Time: Approximately 38 days
An outdoor accessories brand initially specified TPU for a compact cycling pouch. The material delivered suitable performance but created a cost and MOQ level above the target retail model. The product still needed a technical outdoor appearance, light water resistance, reflective visibility and secure bicycle attachment.
Lovrix presented three material configurations:
- TPU for a higher-performance but higher-cost direction
- PVC-coated Oxford for a balance of structure, water resistance and cost
- Standard polyester with PU coating for a lower-cost specification
The brand selected PVC-coated Oxford with a water-resistant zipper, polyester lining, reflective strip, standard webbing and hook-and-loop attachment. Reflective logo printing supported the intended outdoor appearance.
Two revisions refined material hand feel and attachment length. Bulk checks covered coating condition, zipper operation, reflective-strip position, hook-and-loop fixing and finished appearance.
The 2,000-piece order was delivered in approximately 38 days. The final specification preserved the outdoor identity and key water-resistant features without carrying the original TPU cost and material MOQ.
Canadian Retail Clear Bag — 4,000 Pieces
Region: Canada
Use Scenario: Retail sale and stadium-event use
Product: Clear stadium bag
Bulk Quantity: 4,000 pieces
Sample Time: Approximately 10 working days
Sample Revisions: 2 rounds
Bulk Lead Time: Approximately 40 days
A retail chain needed a transparent bag for store and event-related sales. Previous supplier experience had exposed several risks: inconsistent PVC thickness, noticeable odor, weak logo adhesion, distorted edge binding and barcode labels that failed to scan reliably.
Lovrix reviewed the risks before bulk production. The final material set used clear PVC, polyester binding, a nylon zipper and standard webbing. The construction included a transparent main compartment, reinforced binding, carry handles and an optional detachable shoulder strap. Packaging included an individual bag, UPC barcode, retail hangtag and approved carton marks.
Two sample revisions adjusted PVC thickness and the logo application method. Bulk quality control included incoming PVC checks, odor evaluation, logo adhesion, binding inspection, barcode scanning and final AQL inspection.
The 4,000-piece shipment passed the required inspection within an approximately 40-day production period. The retailer avoided the material and barcode problems experienced with the former supplier and began evaluating additional transparent color versions.
