1. Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) From All Countries
Reliable Bank Transfers for Large Orders
Bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) is our most common payment method for bulk orders of textile fabrics and webbings. It offers fast processing, traceable transactions, and direct bank-to-bank security. Loxrix accepts T/T in multiple currencies, including USD, EUR, and CNY, ensuring smooth cross-border transactions. This method is ideal for high-value shipments like flame-retardant military fabrics or custom jacquard webbings. We provide complete proforma invoices and tracking for financial transparency.
You can complete the wire transfer by visiting your local bank or using online wire transfer services. Please note that the following payment methods are only supported for SWIFT (wire transfer/TT) and the local CHATS network in Hong Kong. We do not accept cheques, cash deposits, or ATM transactions for payments.
2. Letter of Credit (L/C)
Guaranteed Payment for Large Contracts
For high-volume or long-term supply agreements, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit from reputable banks. L/C ensures both buyer and seller are protected — you receive goods only when terms are met, and we get payment upon fulfilling our obligations. This method is preferred by international clients in government procurement, aerospace, and OEM manufacturing who require extra assurance for complex textile and webbing projects.
3. PayPal & Online Payments (Credit Card Accepted)
Convenient Digital Payments for Samples & Small Orders
For small-volume purchases, sample requests, or urgent custom runs, Loxrix supports PayPal, Wise, and other secure online payment gateways. This method offers speed, buyer protection, and lower administrative processing for smaller transactions — ideal for prototype fabric runs, color matching samples, or urgent replacement webbings. PayPal payments are processed instantly, enabling us to begin production or shipping without delay.
If you wish to pay for a bulk order via PayPal, please confirm with us beforehand whether this payment method is acceptable. Please note that for bulk orders, an additional 8% will be added to the total amount to cover the PayPal fees charged to us.
4. Trade Assurance & Escrow
Extra Protection for New Clients
New to Loxrix? We also offer Alibaba Trade Assurance or escrow payment options to ensure your funds are held securely until you receive and approve your textile or webbing products. This is particularly popular among first-time international buyers who value third-party payment protection while building a long-term relationship with our company.
To complete the payment, please provide us with your Alibaba account email. We will then create a Trade Assurance Order on Alibaba and guide you through the payment process to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
5. Through Your Freight Forwarder in China（T/T,WeChat,Alipay）Or Third-party Payment Processors（Western Union,PingPong,MoneyGram...）

If cross-border payments are challenging in your country, we offer a variety of payment methods to accommodate the diverse needs of our international partners. Our company has established multiple domestic payment channels and third-party accounts to facilitate cross-border transactions, ensuring smooth and secure business operations for all parties involved.
To complete the payment, please provide us with the details of your freight forwarder in China. We will then reach out to your agent to confirm the items you’ve entrusted and verify the payment amount. We will provide our company’s domestic bank account information and payment QR code, guiding your agent to complete the payment in RMB.
