Have Questions About Our Webbing Products? We’ve Got Answers.

Frequently Asked Question

We answer your questions about our premium webbing products, custom solutions. Explore how we can meet your unique needs with quality and expertise!

1. What materials can Lovrix use for custom webbing?

Nylon, polyester, polypropylene (PP), cotton, elastic blends (spandex), recycled PET (GRS), aramid (heat/FR), plus specialty blends. We’ll recommend a fiber by use case (e.g., polyester for UV/outdoor, nylon for high strength, cotton for soft/eco look).

2. What sizes and tensile strengths are available?

Widths from 5–100 mm (larger on request); thickness tuned via yarn count and pick density. Tensile ranges from light-duty to 20+ kN (or WLL specified for tie-downs). Share your target WLL/safety factor, we’ll engineer construction accordingly.

3. Can you match my brand colors and graphics?

Yes. Pantone® color matching, solid/two-tone/striped palettes, and multiple branding methods: jacquard woven logos, silk screen, heat transfer, sublimation (polyester), woven labels, laser etch, PVC badges. We validate color fastness (wash/rub/light) to your spec.

4. What customization options do you offer beyond color and logos?

Weave patterns (plain, twill, herringbone, ribbed, low-elongation), edge styles (heat-cut, bound, folded), finishes (UV-stable, WR, anti-mildew/anti-microbial, FR, anti-slip, soft-touch), and sewn assemblies (box-X, bar-tack, multi-row stitches).

5. What are your MOQs and sampling timelines?

Typical MOQ 300–1,000 m per spec/color (lower if using in-stock colors). Samples in 3–10 business days (printing/dyeing may add time). Production in 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on complexity and order volume.

6. Which tests and certifications can you provide?

In-house tests for tensile/elongation, abrasion, color fastness, dimensional stability; optional EN/ISO/ASTM method references (e.g., EN ISO 13934, ASTM D6775). Compliance support: ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX®, REACH/RoHS, GRS (recycled lines). COA/test reports included on request.

7. Can you supply hardware and finished straps?

Yes. Buckles, tri-glides, D-rings, cam/ratchet buckles, S/J/flat hooks in stainless, zinc-plated, black oxide, powder-coat. We deliver cut pieces or fully sewn assemblies with QC pull tests and packaging to spec.

8. How is pricing calculated for custom webbing?

Driven by fiber type, width/thickness, weave density, finishes, branding method, color count, sewing/assembly, hardware, packaging, and order quantity. We’ll quote multiple options (good/better/best) so you can balance cost vs. performance.

9. What documents and shipping terms can you handle?

Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP. Documents: Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code & customs declaration, Certificate of Origin (Form A/RCEP/etc.), plus DG/MSDS if applicable. Global shipping via express/air/sea/rail, real-time tracking, insurance available.

10. What do you need from me to start a project or RFQ?

Target application & environment, width/thickness, tensile/WLL & safety factor, material preference, color/Pantone, branding method & artwork (vector), edge/finish, stitching/assembly & hardware, packaging, and needed delivery date. Tech packs or photos/samples accelerate quoting and sampling.

1. What types of webbing fabrics can Lovrix manufacture?

Lovrix produces a wide range of webbing fabrics including nylon, polyester, polypropylene, cotton, elastic, patterned, herringbone, reflective, military, and firefighter webbing. Each material can be tailored in width, thickness, density, and finish to meet diverse industrial and commercial needs—from outdoor gear and safety harnesses to luggage, uniforms, and upholstery.

2. How can I choose the right webbing fabric for my product application?

Choosing the right webbing fabric depends on tensile strength, flexibility, UV resistance, and cost.

  • Nylon: strong, abrasion-resistant, ideal for outdoor and safety use.

  • Polyester: low-stretch, UV-resistant, suitable for straps and belts.

  • Polypropylene: lightweight and waterproof, ideal for bags or pet leashes.

  • Cotton: soft, breathable, perfect for apparel or accessories.
Lovrix’s R&D team can provide material comparisons and test data to guide your selection.

3. Can you produce custom webbing widths, colors, or textures?

Yes. We can customize widths from 5mm to 150mm, adjust thickness and yarn density, and match any Pantone color or texture finish. You can also request matte, glossy, ribbed, or jacquard textures. Color consistency is ensured through precision dyeing and in-house lab verification.

4. What strength or performance testing is performed on your webbing fabrics?

Every batch undergoes tensile strength, colorfastness, shrinkage, abrasion, and UV exposure tests using industry-standard equipment. For load-bearing webbings, we perform breaking strength tests (up to 10,000N). Our lab reports are available for customer review or compliance documentation.

5. Do you offer flame-retardant, waterproof, or anti-UV treatments?

Yes. Lovrix provides functional finishes including:

  • Flame retardant coating (meets NFPA/EN standards)

  • PU/PVC/TPU waterproof lamination

  • UV-stabilized treatments for outdoor durability

  • Reflective yarn integration for safety applications
Multiple finishes can be combined based on your project’s end-use.

6. Can Lovrix produce eco-friendly or recycled webbing fabrics?

Absolutely. We offer GRS-certified recycled polyester and nylon webbings, made from post-consumer plastic bottles or ocean waste. These eco webbings maintain high tensile strength while reducing carbon footprint—ideal for sustainable apparel and brand collections.

1. Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we offer free standard samples for most webbing types so you can check color, texture, and tensile strength before ordering. Customers only need to cover the courier cost or provide their own shipping account.

2. How long does it take to receive a sample?

Standard samples are usually ready in 3–5 working days, while customized samples (special colors, thickness, or jacquard logos) require 5–7 days. Delivery time depends on your region and shipping option (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or air freight).
