Backpack Sample Inspection Checklist: What Should You Check
A backpack sample can look impressive when it arrives on a meeting table and still contain problems that become expensive once production begins. The body may appear balanced while one shoulder strap sits several millimeters higher than the other. A laptop sleeve may look spacious until the actual computer is inserted. A bottle pocket may work perfectly when the backpack is empty but become almost unusable when the main compartment is full. These are not unusual situations in custom backpack development because a soft sewn product changes shape, tension, and accessibility as materials, padding, reinforcement, and load interact.
