1. Do you offer samples before bulk orders?

Yes. We provide free standard fabric and webbing samples, with customers covering shipping costs only.
For custom developments, tailored samples can be arranged based on your specifications, allowing you to evaluate material texture, performance, and finishing before mass production.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ typically starts from 200 meters per color for fabrics,50 meters for webbings, and 50 units for bags.
For new product development, testing phases, or pilot runs, we offer flexible MOQs to support emerging brands and early-stage projects.

3. What are your typical production lead times?

Lead times usually range from 15 to 30 days after order confirmation, depending on order volume, material availability, and customization requirements.
For urgent or time-sensitive projects, priority scheduling may be possible upon evaluation.

4. Which certifications and compliance standards do you support?

Lovrix operates under internationally recognized systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and GRS.
Our materials can meet REACH, RoHS, and EN-71 requirements, supporting exports to regulated global markets.

5. Can you match or replicate an existing fabric or webbing?

Yes. We offer material matching and reverse-engineering services, covering color, weave or knit structure, fiber composition, density, and surface finishing.
A pre-production sample will always be provided for approval before bulk manufacturing.

6. Do you supply flame-retardant or military-grade materials?

Yes. Lovrix develops and produces flame-retardant (FR) and MIL-SPEC compliant fabrics and webbings, including options tested for infrared compliance, abrasion resistance, and fire performance under relevant NFPA and EN ISO standards.

7. Can you combine multiple materials in one order?

Yes. We support mixed orders that include different fabrics and webbings within a single shipment. This approach helps optimize logistics efficiency and reduce overall shipping costs for B2B clients.

8. How do you manage quality control?

Our quality control system includes incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final pre-shipment checks.
Performance testing such as tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and coating adhesion can be conducted based on project requirements.

9. Do you support international shipping?

Yes. We ship globally via sea freight, air freight, and express courier services.
For selected regions, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options are available to simplify customs clearance and import procedures.

10. Can you provide technical data sheets (TDS)?

Yes. For each product, we can supply a detailed Technical Data Sheet, including fiber composition, GSM or thickness, tensile strength, coating type, and applicable compliance standards, ensuring full transparency before ordering.
